The Alba pan has a stainless steel handle that stays cool when roasting or cooking. The bimetallic base, on the other hand, is made of aluminum and steel and is therefore perfect for all types of stoves and especially for induction stoves. The forging technology for producing the pan base from pure aluminum works with very high pressure. This allows complex shapes to be made from aluminum with a high degree of purity. The cookware is also very thick-walled, dimensionally stable and durable. This forged quality in a heavy version also stands out due to the handle design by Matteo Thun. The KERAVIS Ti-X non-stick coating of the pan consists of different layers. A hard titanium base layer ensures durability and high performance. The basic seal and an additional intermediate layer with ceramic particles form the basis for the non-stick coating. This makes the non-stick coating of the pan so resistant that you can even use metal utensils when roasting. Since only a little fat or liquid is required for the cooking or roasting process, the pan from the Alba series is ideal for the healthy preparation of dishes.
